To register in the BitEffect system and open a free European payment account, follow the link. Fill in all fields in Latin, enter your phone number with country code and confirm your registration agreement. Next, click the Register button and check your email. By clicking on the link provided in the e-mail and creating a password, you will confirm your registration in the system.

In order to send money to Ukraine, you need to pass verification. Without providing documents and confirming the account, you cannot make any transactions in the system. You can go through verification online or in person at the office of the company and its representatives.
For personal verification in the office, it is enough to have a passport with you. You can find the address of the company’s office and representatives here.

After opening a BitEffect account and successful verification, you can fund it. You can top up your account in cash or by bank transfer. Cash top up is available in more than 5,000 offices throughout the Czech Republic, on weekdays and weekends, and guarantees you instant crediting of funds to your account.
You can top up your account in cash at the company’s office in Prague or at the office of its representatives, both in euros and crowns. Also, this type of replenishment is available at Sazka offices in Czech crowns. The service is called Platba faktur and the nearest office can be found on the map www.sazka.cz/mapa. Please note that some Sazka offices do not provide this service. You can also check if the “Platba faktur” service is available at the office you need on the map.
To top up your account through Sazka offices, go to your personal account, click on the Accounts button on the left panel, then Fund account and Fund account via SAZKA terminals (CZK). Enter the amount you want to top up your account with and click Confirm. The system will generate a QR code, which must be presented to a Sazka employee in printed or electronic form. Money will be credited to the account in just a couple of minutes.
To top up your account by bank transfer, go to your personal account. Also click the Accounts button on the left panel, Fund Account and select the method of funding:
From your European account, transfer the required amount according to the data that you will see on the screen. Please note that the transfer of funds depends on the sending bank, so the company does not guarantee the instant transfer of funds to the BitEffect account.
Now you can send money to Ukraine. To do this, just go to your personal account, click the Payments button on the left panel and then Payment to Ukrainian card. Please note that you can send a money transfer from both your BitEffect crown and euro accounts. Next, enter the amount you want to send and the recipient’s card number. Confirm the payment using the code in the SMS message. The commission for the transfer is 1%, you can see the current exchange rate on the website or in the account itself when sending the payment. Funds will be credited instantly in Ukrainian hryvnia.
