In connection with the martial law in Ukraine, more than 100,000 refugees have already arrived to the Czech Republic. Many want to help those in need, both in the Czech Republic and those who remain in their homeland in Ukraine. BitEffect does not want to stand aside either, and from March 11, 2022, all users of the system can send money transfers to Ukraine without commission. Free money transfers are available when transferring to any bank card of Ukraine (including monobank, Privatbank) online from the user’s personal account. Money transfers to Ukraine are credited to the recipient’s card within a few minutes and are available without commission until April 30, 2022.
After registering in the system, in order to send any transfer, we need to verify your data. Data verification is carried out according to a simple instruction – after registration you will receive a detailed description to the e-mail specified during registration. Personal verification can be done at exchange offices at Štěpánská 25, Praha 1 and
Husitska 853/13, Praha 3-Žižkov
Of the documents you need to have with you only a passport. Communication in the office takes place in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Czech.
Also, if you have a bank account in any bank in the European Union, verification can be done remotely. To do this, it is enough to send the first payment to top up the BitEffect account from your bank account in CZK or EUR and provide a copy of the bank statement from your account to e-mail an@biteffect.net or to the support service.
After verification, you can top up your BitEffect account in cash at Sazka offices (more than 5,000 points throughout the Czech Republic). Follow the link sazka.cz/mapa, enter the city where you are located on the map and find the nearest office. Show the Sazka manager the QR code generated in your personal account and pay in cash. The top-up service at Sazka offices is called platba faktur in Czech. You can top up your account through Sazka in the amount of up to 10,000 crowns per day. Important: the account cannot be topped up at Sazka offices at the post office.
You can top up your BitEffect account after verification by bank transfer. To do this, go to the menu Accounts -> Fund account

Funding an account by bank transfer usually takes 1 business day.
If you are a verified user of BitEffect, go to your personal account. On the left panel, click Payments – Payment to Ukrainian card (from a euro or crown account). Enter the amount and card number of the recipient and click Submit.
